Shraddha Kapoor Vs Kelly Osbourne - Which Cosmopolitan July cover girl look do you like better?

Kelly Osbourne, the Cosmopolitan US July Cover girl, with purple hair & mixing prints looks like the perfect vision of summer fun! Kelly has been rocking technicolor hair since way before it was a huge trend, and I love her current lavender 'do. It's often a risk to try and match one's hair and lipstick, but Kelly manages it wonderfully with an electric pink hue that has just enough contrast from her locks not to look too matchy-matchy. She pairs this bright beauty look with a navy and yellow polka dot satin bustier peeking out from under polka dot button down, tied at the waist. Two types of polka dots are just the beginning though, as Kelly pairs the two tops with a graphic black and blue striped pencil skirt. The pin-up inspired look might be a little much for everyday, but I’m loving the mix of patterns and prints.

  

Kelly gets a little more rock and roll in the interior shots, pairing another bustier—this time in hot pink satin—with a gold-embellished navy mini and a white and black moto vest. She keeps the same beauty look but punks the whole thing up a little further with layers of gold jewelry.
