Saif Ali Khan's Style Evolution

Saif Ali Khan - the Nawab of Pataudi turns 43 today! Son of late Nawab of Pataudi, Mansoor Ali Khan and Bollywood actress Sharmila Tagore, Saif Ali Khan was born with a silver spoon. Unlike his cricketer father, Saif chose to enter the world of cinema and thereby follow in his mother’s footsteps. With time, the royal star created a niche for himself in Bollywood. From essaying the role of a romantic boy in ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’ to playing the dreadful character of ‘Langda Tyagi’ in ‘Omkara’, Saif has evolved as an actor. As Saif Ali Khan turns a year older today, let’s take a look at his fashion evolution -

The 90's - He was mostly spotted with over-sized colourful jackets, long curly locks and a clean-shaven look. While he was still finding his style, he had a spunky attitude.

The Early 2000's - The comeback phase. Everything he did around this time was ‘so cool’. Body hugging tees, short-gelled hair, funky sunglasses, the works. This is also when the grooming began. And of course, introducing the metrosexual term bagged him brownie points too.

2010 to Present - The Suave look. He’s slightly more rugged with his demeanor His unshaven beard look says it all. As for his traditional avatar, he’s fixated with bandhgalas and breeches. His casual look involves vests, open shirts, leather jackets.
